Scholarship Requirements
-
be an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia); and
-
meet all admission requirements for the selected course by the closing date of the scholarship application; and
-
commence full-time studies on campus (Sydney). On campus studies include face-to-face and/or online (remote) learning applicable to all degrees except online degrees and distance mode degrees.; and
-
have completed an Australian Year 12 or high school studies comparable to an Australian Year 12 outside of Australia no longer than three (3) years prior to commencing at UTS and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
-
have an overall average of 85% where the pass mark is 50% or equivalent in a UTS recognized high school qualification; and
-
all applicants must apply using the UTS online Scholarships Application form to be eligible; and
-
Must not:
-
be studying a UTS online degree or distance mode degree; or
-
be a government sponsored student; or
-
be a recipient of another UTS scholarship for the duration of this Scholarship.

Must complete a UTS Foundation Studies program undertaken at UTS College in Sydney with a minimum overall GPA of 8.5 out of 10.0 and no fail; and
-
Must meet all admission requirements for the selected UTS undergraduate course; and
-
Must be commencing studies full-time and on campus (Sydney) in a UTS undergraduate degree in the next available intake after completion of the candidate’s Foundation Studies program. On campus studies include face-to-face and/or online (remote) learning applicable to all degrees except online degrees and distance mode degrees; and

Commence full-time studies on campus (Sydney). On campus studies include face-to-face and/or online (remote) learning applicable to all degrees except online degrees and distance mode degrees.; and

Must be completing or have completed an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma no longer than 1 year prior to commencing at UTS, and be admitted based on this qualification to UTS; and
-
Meet the UTS admission criteria for the selected UTS undergraduate degree course; and
-
Must obtain an aggregate score including bonus and penalty points of 28 or above in their International Baccalaureate (IB) final grades, or 33 or above in their International Baccalaureate predicted grades at the point the scholarship decision is made; and
-

Must not:

Students (Outplan) who have completed the Insearch Diploma of Business at SILC, have enrolled for the UTS Bachelor of Business (BBus), and are approved to undertake BBus study at UTS in Sydney; and
-
For the duration of the Scholarship: full-time enrolment at UTS; and
-
Recommendation by SILC.
