Scholarship Requirements
• an international student
• studying full-time
• commencing your first semester at UQ
• commencing a UQ Faculty of Science program (minimum one year duration). See the terms and conditions below for a full list of eligible programs.
• have met the conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline)
• demonstrate strong academic performance in your previous studies.

Scholarship Requirements
-
You are an international student
-
hold a student visa for the scholarship's duration
-
are a commencing student
-
are UQ alumni commencing a different program (for example, Master’s after completing a Bachelor’s degree)
-
have a full offer to study an eligible program delivered entirely at the UQ Gatton campus in 2022 (you don’t need to accept your full offer by the scholarship application deadline).
-
And you will study full-time via Internal study mode at UQ’s Gatton campus for the scholarship’s duration
-
reside in a regional area of Australia for the scholarship’s duration as defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard Remoteness Structure 2016 (Australian Bureau of Statistics)

And you're starting any of the below programs in 2022:

Bachelor of Agricultural Science

Bachelor of Equine Science

Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours)

Bachelor of Veterinary Technology

Bachelor of Wildlife Science

Dual degrees with the Bachelor of Agribusiness and Master of Agricultural Science (Plant Protection Major) are not eligible because they are not delivered full-time at UQ Gatton.

You have received an overall GPA greater than 5 in your undergraduate program (students with a GPA under 5 are ineligible for consideration in the scholarship round).

Scholarship Requirements

have received an unconditional offer to study the 24 or 32 unit Master of Quantitative Biology program full-time, and you're either a:

newly commencing student in the 24 unit Master of Quantitative Biology

current student who has successfully completed the first semester of the 32 unit Master of Quantitative Biology.

You're not eligible if you've already completed a related postgraduate degree.
